Let me make this a tad bit more personal..........About 20 years ago, I suffered from Severe Depression........ It was one of the LOWEST, DARKEST and LONELIEST valleys in my life..... It was like an Angel on one shoulder and that punk on the other and your head it stuck in the middle of the voices..... I lost a lot of weight, stressed out, didnt care about much of anything at all. I used my benefits, as The Holy Spirit instructed me on what to do. Even when I second guessed Him, questioned Him, He said You did reach out to Me right?.......Yes was my response....... I followed the instructions, went through what I had to go through and without going into too much else (saving it for my book), God met me! He used me in the midst of my mess to be a blessing to others! When I sought HELP, He used ME to be a HELP! If youre reading this and youre going through.......PLEASE get help.
