Let me preface thus before I start: this is an OBSERVATION.. Not a criticism.... I took a few walks between Senjo and Mero and Senjo and Layoy along the E.O.LeBlanc highway and was amazed at the absence of a decent road shoulder at least for pedestrians. In order not to walk on the roadway one has to trek among weeds and bushes and play dodge ball with incoming traffic. Noticed a number of folks still walk these roads; some leisurely and some as a form of exercise. Scary proposition especially for some of the elderly who still walk to and from Mero. Wonder if this was an oversight; cost-cutting measure or whatever but would have been nice if those rehabilitating the road had given this some consideration and maybe for future road rehab projects. Again, just an observation from a kaymans point of view. No criticism of the project.
