Likewise: the REASON so many of our daughters, mothers, sisters and nieces are in abusive relationships with men - many of which end in MURDER - is because AS A COMMUNITY we give our sisters abusers LICENSE by our silence or wish-washy stance. Until we Black People STOP treating Black People the way White People treat Black People, we cannot with any persuasiveness protest how White People treat Black People. Period.
