Let me see if I understand this, you pay us less than Walmart greeter pay to do a job that civilians (no more qualified than most of us) demand 6 figures a year to do, your suicide numbers are off the charts, youve already sent many of the finest warfighters packing from the institution, and the solution to our discipline-deficit is cut our already pathetic pay? Obviously the ones that are still here, DONT do it for the money, but if youve spent more than 12 minutes in the club, youve heard something to tune of, if you wanna get to a Marine, mess with his pay or his libo. I admit that I dont have all the answers, but this is NOT it.
