Let me share some BIG news. Today.....I shaved my arm pits. Now...to most people that is not a big deal, in fact, it is more of an annoyance. But to me, it was this moment of excitement and adventure! I felt so grateful to have budding arm pit hairs starting to emerge. I noticed these hairs two days ago. I let them grow for a while so they would get a bit longer than the norm. It is the first sign of my body returning to normal. It is like being a baby again. All the hair is so fine. Soft....NEW! I love beginnings. Even beginnings that are initiated by hairy pits! I have much to look forward to. Maybe next week I will get to shave my legs!! You may be laughing....but I really do mean this when I say....I am so grateful that today I got to shave my pits! Life is full of blessings...from the moment you wake up and take your first breath of the day to the second your head hits the soft pillow at night. I am grateful. :)
