Let me show you how bad ACER products SUCK! Back in 2012 I bought a new piece of shit ACER Aspire 722 and within months, the screen fell apart and parts fell out. So I called ACER since it was under warranty and they asked me to send it in (at my expense) for “Evaluation”. In my research, I found out that their “Evaluation” will come back as CID (Customer Induced Damage) since I was the only person that had touched the computer. An easy fix for ACER to not honor their warranty. So researching deeper on ACER, I found endless complaints about their nonexistent customer service, crappy products and refusal to honor any warranty. So I started my personal anti ACER campaign to warn others about their shitty products and save their hard earned money, and its working. In 2012, ACER had sales of $429 million dollars. My nonstop bashing and trashing ACER worldwide, their sales dropped from $429 million to $360 million in one year. A $69 million decline in one year! WOO HOO!!!! All over a lousy $400 computer……... I am not saying I caused all, but I know I had a significant part in getting the word out worldwide. Then in 2014 sales dropped another $19 million, down to $341 million in sales of their shitty products. Word was getting out around the world. You would think that common sense would dictate that ACER should spend $19, 000,000 to warranty their products and pocket $70 million rather than take an $89 million dollar loss but “OH HELL NO”!!!!!! But I am getting a good return on my investment. That’s a $2,225.000 return per dollar for my $400. I like that. LOL!!!!! Now that I have joined forces with Royston Sim in Malaysia and Areeba Naveed in Pakistan and have had expressed interest from about 6 others and gaining momentum around the world on trashing their shitty products on a daily basis. With all the problems in Pakistan, Areeba is housebound and nothing better to do. Me being retired, I have lots of free time on my hands. Royston while working, still has time to get his licks in.. And this $89 million dollar decline in sales started over about $1500 in products……LOL. ACER is predicting an increase in sales to $353 million in sales for 2015. My prediction and us gaining momentum, their sales will be under $300 million which is still way too much. But on the bright side, their net profit dropped from $36 million in 2012 down to $22 million in 2013 and with a company as large as ACER, it doesn’t take much to put them in the black….LOL. And all started over a lousy $400 computer. Common sense would dictate that they should offer some sort of a settlement rather than take an $98 million dollar loss but “OH HELL NO”!!!!! LOL I have heard back from ACER Taiwan, Philippines, EU, UK, Australia, ACER employees and others, but without one word of assistance. Recently, we have been emailing their vendors about selling their shitty product and lack of customer service. So when ACER will not warranty their products, the only other option is to return it to the store for a refund. This creates a problem for the store when it should be ACERS problem. We have each compiled a list of major vendors around the world and post with them every week or two. We have gotten feedback from Walmart, Target and Paklap is taking them under review. So when they start losing major vendors, I highly doubt they will reach their target sales much less my prediction. We hit them hard last year and this year will be much, much worse and we definitely know we are getting some attention worldwide. It’s kinda neat as in 1-2 hours, we can go around the world and never leave our desk. I know millions have seen our posts and I have personal messaged at least 2-3,000 of ACERS customers and they have friends and their friends have friends. Hopefully this year we can go viral. So for 2015, I hope you had a Merry Christmas and didn’t buy anything ACER cause you will have problems and your problems are not ACERS problems.
