Let me tell everyone an incident that just happened at OS Lumber. I sent a guy that works for me there, like i have my entire life, to pick up some wasp killer and they told him my account was on hold. They called and said because of $110 was over 60 days late. Now let me interrupt and say, between my brother and i building houses years ago, using them because i do all my business locally, spent tens of thousands of dollars there, and dad, who has spent even more, i asked if they would let him get the stuff and i would be up there shortly tp pay bill. I was then greeted on the phone with Selais,Charlies wife. She begins talking the most rudely ive ever been treated at a business. Keep in mind i have never spoken with this lady before in my life. I was speechless. She was yelling and saying crazy stuff. I said look, i have all my payments on everything autodrafted and dont go thru all my mail that i get. I come in there and pay every once and a while even advance pay for stuff u havent even billed for yet. She yells again, dont ever expect me to ever do this again. Keep in mind this is over $110!!! Most unproffessional person on earth!! Go to Baileys from here on out
