Let me tell you about my day, how what I witnessed has greatly touched me while I was working the awesome Savage Race in Georgia. I learned that some people will not back down to any of their fears, I learned that some people will trust the friends they believe in, I learned that some people are happy with what they have and will manage to make positive results with whatever life has dished out to them. I also learned how perfect strangers will help a person that shows they can help themselves. I learned that it makes people feel good helping perfect strangers and it spreads love all around and that love is contagious to their fellow man. I learned that if a happy blind man can completely do a top grade and very challenging obstacle course race like the Savage Race by solely relying and trusting his friends and strangers, then I have also learned that this world is full of whiners and babies that complain too much about minor things. If this guy can tackle his fears every day and still promote trust and positive feelings..... then why the heck cant you and I .....that can see with our own eyes ....do the same thing? Perhaps this incredible man can actually see better than you or I... perhaps our visions are more cloudy than his..... Perhaps....... but we can change... cant we? Live..... love.....give....smile....and have Faith. Rock On!
