Let me tell you about my yesterday: In case you didnt see it, I launched my French Kiss Life signature program: the Slim, Chic & Savvy Immersion. If you want to see it, you can go here: slimchicandsavvy/join But, thats not why Im writing to you. People often ask me what ease and pleasure looks like in business. Well, what I know about program releases is that they usually consist of days and nights of stress and frantic energy. I know because Ive been one of those women. But, yesterday was different. I woke up and reminded myself of this quote by Iian Thomas. “And every day, the world will drag you by the hand, yelling, “This is important! And this is important! And this is important! You need to worry about this! And this! And this!” And each day, it’s up to you to yank your hand back, put it on your heart and say, “No. This is what’s important.” Instead of fretting in front of the computer or micro-managing my team, I decided to do something that many biz ladies struggle with: surrender. I went for a massage, since I truly needed it. All those days preparing to welcome in the new class of SCS ladies had my back in a tizzy. I spent an hour with my French Kiss the World Society talking about one of my fav subjects: the Art of Luxurious Living! I took my daughter to get her driving permit (which made my back spasm even more). I went to the market and grabbed some things to cook a delicious meal. I caught up with friends and my mom! I prepared a two hour dinner with an incredible menu and wine and non-business related conversation. You know, the important stuff of life, like love, peace and what life is all about. Then, I went to bed with a juicy book about Parisians bad manners. Yesterday, I listened to my heart! I think excess weight, lack of self-confidence, mindset of scarcity and overall unfulfilling quality of life is because we try to control every little thing, constantly try to do more and try to worry our way to peace! And, what happens? We miss out on the exquisiteness of life! What was running through my mind yesterday: I know that I have poured my heart into this program. For three years, I have watched woment life change in drastic ways. AND I trust that the exact right group of women will join this amazing community and step into a lifestyle of ease, pleasure and joie de vivre! Its always a choice: to let go, to enjoy and to believe that your life can be fabulous...NOW...not when you get there. By the way, I woke up this morning after not looking at all yesterday of who had enrolled to find women from around the world saying YES to living Slim, Chic & Savvy. My heart is exploding with excitement!
