Let me tell you how the Tailwind works:you sit in front of the device,with one hand on each of the handles, the middle thing is like a breast plate that you lean (lightly) into to keep you from slouching--it helps to keep you sitting straight. You push the handles forward until they stop, and back again, to the beat of a metronome. There is a counter on the stops,that keeps track of how many reps you do. As you progress, you move the stops further away, and/or increase the speed of the metronome,or move the slide at a higher angle. You are supposed to use the device for 30 minutes a session,three times a week. Im going to use it three times every two days to accelerate my progress for a while.
