Let me tell you something about training when you dont feel particularly well and I mean feeling rough,bad cold flu,chest infections, soar throats etc just basic ailments and not just being a lazy soppy Jessy.You cant sweat a cold out,its bullshit ,its a myth,you cant sweat a virus out.If you continue to train and train hard you will knock yourself back time and time again.Sometimes your body needs a little rest with plenty of wholesome food and calories just to fight off your problem and keep your immune system strong.Dont be a martyr or a hero use your loaf and have the common sense to know when its really not a good idea to train ...listen to your body....because if you dont then it will just take you longer to recover and get back to serious training.Got it...good.
