Let me tell you what I am not mad at. I am at Pollys Pies is Cerritos, California (near my home) and I just witnessed #PRIDE. Minutes after being seated I looked up and saw a young trans-girl in her early twenties exit the restroom labeled ladies in a tasteful gray sweater dress, tights, boots and hair pulled up. She passed a few other ladies who noticed something different about her. She ignored them and gracefully joined a very handsome muscular man waiting for her at the booth. Her friend grabbed his credit card, the check and her arm and, together, they walked from the back of the restaurant to the register where they paid and walked off, but not before this sweet, proud, beautiful baby stopped and said, hey Delta, I love you. My day was made by an up and coming legendary child who held her head high in a place that might not be the most welcoming and lived her life! I am not mad at a lady with dignity. I am not mad at #PRIDE! I love you!
