Let me tell you why I dont agree....just a couple weeks ago my dad was telling me about a discussion that he was having in Sunday school--kinda one of those generational things, where individuals of a time before mine get upset about things that change... It happens. Anyway, my dad told a story about a young (gonna say early 20s) black guy that came into a waiting room at my dads doctors office while he was waiting... Story goes that he had saggy britches (personally I worry for the hips of millions, so Im not a huge fan of seeing what could be great athletes having to modify their gate for fashion, then again women have been known to wear clothes so tight they freakin faint, bit I digress) and there were about 4 white ladies (most above age 50) in the same waiting room...guy comes in waits patiently and never says a word..meanwhile, these obviously Christian women begin to speak loudly in his presence about how disrespectful and awful his choice of dress is....again hes obviously not deaf, he just sits there and minds his own...eventually, he gets up and goes outside and again never says a word, the ladies get louder and more hateful...the point of all of this is--HOW MUCH RESPECT THAT YOUNG MAN HAVE FOR THE LADIES IN THE WAITING ROOM, when they showed him none? All kinds of respect and grace because at the very least I would have TOLD them to mind their own business had I been him...so, I think unless they live under my roof or I can see parts I shouldnt, Im going to choose not to care...and by the way, I have no room as most of my jeans cause me to look like a plumber if I have to bend over--so, pooh!
