Let no one among found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord; because of these same detestable practices the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you. You must be blameless before the lord your God. God loves us sooooo much, out of His love He wants to protect us from these crazy practices that entertain the evil one. Halloween is nothing new really, its just a glossed up americanised way to get people involved in worshipping things mentioned above. People have worshiped the dark side for thousands of years and it hasnt worked out to well for them. It seems like a trend is growing in Australia each year where weeks before Halloween they dress up their houses, shops business etc. Its not like santa is gong to rock up or anything. I mean if people really knew what a real witch does they wouldnt have there kids dress up in costumes. Kind of like rocking up to a fancy dress party in a hitler costume. Anyway, unhappy halloween.
