Lets start with taxes...Chinese should only contribute 23% to the total tax collections and any Chinese that pays more and causes the sum of parts to amount to more than that percentage should be shot dead or castrated... Next, we can go on to government projects, the Chinese should be allocated the quota of 23% of all projects allocated in the yearly budget... Finally, public toilets usage must also go according to racial quota as well...for every 100 public toilet users, only 23 of them can be Chinese...if you are Chinese and there are already 23 Chinese users that day, you will be denied entry and shot dead too because only then can the Barisan Nasional geniuses rule in peace and harmony...
