Let the proceedings begin: Your day in court is your day in - TopicsExpress

Let the proceedings begin: Your day in court is your day in court, 10:30 to after 5:00 pm and not matter what people say; it’s exhausting, nerve racking but enjoyable. Firstly; I would like to thank those in court today; Jerry, Tom, Terry, Damian, Paul and Paddy: all were an independent united front. Mr Mc Garry got his injunction but not all he requested; the contents of Mr Justice Gilligan ‘Order’ will be available tomorrow = so, being half deft and missing most of it:: I will not comment too much on it; as what I did hear, there is a 2 kilometre exclusion zone around Citywest and the music awards with regards to Mr Mc Garry and K-Tech, that’s fine but what upset me more than anything was Mr Justice Gilligan said (and again, half deaf = so we may get clarification): the commercial interests of K-Tech override my constitutional right to free assembly. Out of the whole situation: one thing bugs me and that is Paddy, a Veteran of the Irish army, having served his country and in the most extreme ways: Paddy was a bomb disposal officer and was dragged into the High Court today, having said that: fair play Paddy, you gave the barrister a run for his money. It was always going to happen: the injunction that is, The Hub – Ireland would always be exposed to such actions and those that choose to stand, Paddy was the most innocent individual in that court today that has been caught up in this action and Paddy; I, here and now apologise to you if my action, in anyway, caused you to be in court today, you are a fine Gentleman and a pleasure to meet. To the rest of the unusual suspects: onwards and upwards. We still have to defend the Plenary Summons against us but hell that’s what we do. Lets hope the press reports a fair account of the days events. I hope I defended the good name of The Hub – Ireland, its integrity and ethos and my good name in a manner to be proud of. I commend those that can speak in public, are well conversed with the workings of the courtroom and fully understood the implications of today’s events and possible outcome. Because there is an injunction again me, personally, I would ask that you don’t post any derogatory comments against anyone with regards to this post. Sleep tight, we are here to stay. Again, I would like to thank everyone for their support; those that emailed us with their statements, those that sent us letters and those that turned up in court today and and and a big thanks to Audrey for the Champaign and beer, needed. Best regards Byron @ The Hub – Ireland
