Let the tears flow and flow, and flow some more....we did it babe!!!! You made it to Diamond AND we got another $10,000 GOOD Bonus!!! Oh my goodness, that makes an incredible $100,000 in Bonuses alone, in the past 22 months! I share that with the most humbled heart, because what this opportunity has allowed us and our family and SO MANY other families on our team is hands-down, unreal...absolutely UNREAL. I cant stop crying.... We compliment each other SO well Mr. Emmerich and I can assure you that this isnt just Kaylas business, Josh does so much behind the scenes for our team....hes the one figuring out all yalls volumes and keeping track of all the numbers and best of all he loves our kiddos and takes care of them when mommy is off doing her thing....I love you. To think this all started from me just wanting to try this crazy little wrap, to me starting a business when we had just moved to AZ and knew no one. I wasnt a salesperson, I had no clue if I would be good at this, I had very little support in the beginning, had a FT job with 6 kiddos in my home 10+ hours every day, a husband that worked retail management and all the craziness that goes along with that, and we had 2 littles of our own that I wanted nothing more in the world, than to just be at home with just them and bring them to school. Now being 1 step away from the top of the company and having the team we are blessed with...its hard to understand until you are here and part of it all! Its amazing what can happen when you trust someone. Its amazing what happens when you take a risk or take that leap.
