Let the testing begin! I maxed out at 7:02, which means that you have to: A) stop n break B) slow down/modify if you were doing advanced C) your form gets sloppy Mine was c, form was getting sloppy, so I had to clean it up. This was suppose to be nap time, but lets just say it didnt happen... Yet. Also I mentally prepared for this, big time! Our Christmas colds came early this year and my monkey woke up with a fever last night at 2am, so I was up with him until 4:30am just like old times ;) no worries, I didnt really feel like it, but I knew I could do 30 min and if I needed a break or modify, who cares? Im sticking to the plan! What I LOVE about this program 30 min!!!! And theres modifications. Now with that said, you must listen to your body. So whos ready to take this challenge with me and transform for the next 60 days?
