Let there be no shaking of hands in the church, and it was accepted. The holy communion should be received by hand, and it was accepted. Then i ask: Is the priest that offers the holy communion immunized against ebola? For he uses his bare hands. Is it only by hand? If its by the touch with body fluid, then are we mindful of the sitting arrangements too? Or are we only protecting the priests? What of the general microphone that every one uses? who counts the money that we offer- ok they MAY use protective gloves to count. The truth is ONE NEEDS TO BE SERIOUSLY DOWN WITH THE DISEASE WITH SYMPTOMS SHOWING ALL OVER HIM/HER TO INFECT ANOTHER. such a person may not even be able to come to the church. Possible alternatives: Sick people should be isolated. Priests should wear protective gloves to offer communion to those who wish to collect.
