Let us brainstorm and increase our discussions; 99% of Somalian politicians in Kenya, Djibouti, and Somalia are elected by their specific clan majority. Money is the only other factor. If a politician enjoys a block vote, he wont waste time on the community interest! Djiboutis President is in office for decades yet water is a major problem in his country! If he wished, he can drill one borehole for each house with his own money. The situation is similar in all major cities inhabited by our people. These problems are in many other sectors.... Electricity, Employment,...Why? No one is holding them accountable because the voters have no common bonds!
