Let us get something straight here. The constitution of Dominica disqualifies voters who have been out of Dominica for 5 years consecutively. Meaning, they never returned within 5 years. To those going around saying that Marlon Giraudel is disqualified to vote in the 2014 Election, be informed that after leaving Dominica in the summer of 2010 I have visited/returned on the following dates: December 15th, 2010 March 4th, 2011 December 22nd, 2012 February 2nd, 2013 March 19th, 2013 December 23rd, 2013 January 20th, 2014 May 4th, 2014 October 26th, 2014 November 17th, 2014 All the above mentioned dates are confirmed by Entry Stamps in my passport. So instead of wasting time on me, tell those people coming down to vote for the DLP who have been out for many many years, to provide such information like I just did to prove that they will not be committing an illegal act!
