Let us just agree to disagree. Many folks have engaged me in circular arguments that go nowhere and take me nowhere. I will state my unwavering positions here again for the record: I am AGAINST police brutality and the use of excessive force especially against unarmed civilians. I believe that racial and religious profiling is an ineffective police practice and a waste of tax payer dollars (my beliefs have been proven by many). I believe that the few police officers who engage in any form of misconduct should be held accountable and there should be clear consequences for their actions. I do not believe that petty crimes such as shoplifting deserve public execution. From now on, I will not engage anyone who justifies the murder of unarmed civilians. If you want to engage me in a conversation about how we move forward from here on a path to reconciliation and justice for ALL, you are more than welcome.
