Let us not forget 19 months HISTORICAL FIGHT for the 2nd INDEPEDENCE against EMERGENCY imposed by the Congress party 38 years ago,at the stroke of mid night, leaders like late Sravasri Lok Nayak Jaiprakash Narain, Morarji Desai, smt Mrinal Gore along with Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee, Lal Krishn Advani, George Fernandes and scores of leaders and party workers of political parties and cultural organisations were arrested and were put behind the bar and were released after 19 long months. The whole country was stunned, there was complete silence, a silence of graveyard, press cencorship was imposed and there was absolutely no freedom of speech. All these happened because Allahabad High Court gave the judgement that the then Prime Minister late smt Indira Gandhi ( grand mother of shri Rahul Gandhi ) found and proved to be guilty of adopting mal practises during election and was unseated as a Member of Parliament. Rest is the history. Today, more or less similar kind anarchy is prevailing in the country, inflation is skyrocketting, corruption is at peak and there is absolute crisis of confidence everywhere. Let there be no imposition of emergency once again and for that let us unite and work togrther on atleast some common minimum issues. Let wiser counsel prevail to one and all in the interest of the country.
