Sons, Daughters, cousins, Brothers, sisters, dads, Moms, Uncles, Nieces, nephews, and other relatives were directly employeed in PIA and rapidly promoted posted abroad with PIA Policies repeatedly. Most belongs Sports and Policies were usually changed when relatives found in bottom groups and required to upgraded to higher group, later policies seen frozen so a common MERIT employee shall not be the beificiary of that Policy. Horizontal Movements from one department to other and than Back date seniorities were frequently used. It is the reason Merit had never been consideredin PIA ever and particularly from 1999 to 2014. No Merit Officers would have been seated on decision making or Key positions. Startegy was adopted to divert Nation attention to political parties but the facts are totally opposite.
