Lets BURN for 3 minutes! Wanna join me? 1. Squat chair for 60 seconds! -Low Wide Squat -Jump up into chair (Stay Low) -Repeat it to BURN it! (My muscles were burning-I need to stay lower!) 2. Plank Punch! (60 seconds) -Get into elbow plank with a tight core, heels pushed back -Punch right, look right -Keep butt down! -Punch left, look left -Repeat with engaged core (tight abs +butt) 3. Plank Jacks (60 seconds) -Get into plank -Move your feet out like a jumping jack -Jump up into a pike position to engage those abs -Repeat -(Work on getting your butt lower than mine in plank!)
