Lets be honest the number one goal for most businesses is to make money. Has anyone noticed how Kentucky Fried Chicken re-branded to KFC or Sugar Puffs changed there name to Honey Puffs. Nothing changed recipe wise just a play on words to try and distance themselves from possible negative connotations. 30 years ago it was healthy and cool to smoke cigarettes. Powerful marketing campaigns used high profile athletes to create images of the need for cigarettes to be a key component to an active lifestyle. Looking back its almost comical. Could it be a case 20yrs from now that we look back with the same disbelief that we were lead down the path by big business on the benefits of sugar and gluten and how they have minimal impact on our long term health.
