Lets cut the RELIANCE crap ! A VIDEO has been released by RELIANCE ... A foolish attempt by RELIANCE to divert the debate to another topic... & hence fool people into believing that AAP is leveling false allegations. But instead of doing that, they only expose THEMSELVES further ! Out of the MANY allegations on Reliances crony capitalism, they chose to explain the easiest ones. The whole video is just a clarification on one man , Saurabh Patel who is a minister of Energy and Petrochemicals, Mines and Minerals, Salt industries, Printing, Planning, Tourism, Civil aviation, Labor and employment in Gujarat Government & is related to Ambani. In the video the spokesperson clarifies that how no undue favors can be done by this Gujarat Minister since Reliance doesnt own any gas reservoirs in Gujarat. HA HA.. But what he doesnt reveal is that Reliance does have a Refinery in Bharuch Gujarat where all the gas extracted in KG-D6 is transported for refinement. This transportation is carried out using Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL) gas lines. Now, for doing this transportation, Reliance has to pay to the government exchequer a pre-decided amount. But, in 2012 CAG Report, it stated that the amount wasnt paid. Heres what CAG had to say about this in CAG March 2012 Report, Gujarat State Petronet Ltd (GSPL) was responsible for deviating from the agreed terms of recovery of gas transportation charges from the specified entry point of the company’s pipeline network and this led to passing of undue benefit of Rs 52.27 crore to RIL, Now, the above excercise is looked over by ministry of Energy and Petrochemicals, and the minister in charge of this is SAURABH PATEL (AMBANI KA RISHTEDAAR) .. So this EXPOSES the Minister & his UNDUE favors to RELIANCE.. Ofcourse, this minister not only helps reliance, but also helps Adani Same CAG Report says, Similarly, it has also highlighted that Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) was involved in non-adherence to terms of the power purchase agreement (PPA), which led to short recovery of penalty of Rs 160.26 crore and passing of undue benefit to Adani Power Ltd (APL)..
