Lets discuss the Amir of Hizb-ul-Takhreeb, if we are going to discuss the Amir of the Islamic state; The current Amir of Hizb ul Takhreeb, Sheikh Ata bin Khalil Abu Rushta|, has no Islamic scholarship other than that of which the Hizb scholars have given him. He is in hiding, to my knowledge, and cannot openly give a khutbah anywhere. The Hizb believe he is a AALIM. He is about as Aalim as Tahir al Qadri is Sheikhul Islam.... They want to sit here discussing the validity of Amir al Mumineen Al-Baghdadi, and they want to call the Islamic states army a militia, while their Amir, the Hizb-professed scholar and their conference army have left Jihad altogether, and have called for aid from the armies of the Tawagheet. They have made friends with the Shias, and given validity to their kufr. The man(Sh Ata) is a Palestinian, and he was beside the former amir, Sh Taqiuddin Nabhani. Both of whom were present during the occupation of Palestine by the Zionist cockroaches. Did they pick up arms, and defend the Muslims, in the Fard Ayn jihad in Palestine? Initially, apparently, yes they did. Did they encourage Jihad against the Zionists to this day? No, they have followed the political route which has led to no progress for 60 years. Instead they encouraged a political methodology to re-establish something taken from us by force and by corruption. Political methodology, the most likely method to be affected BY corruption, is the method they chose to re-establish the Khilafah. Dont throw stones if you live in glass houses, wallahi the validity of the Hizb to discuss the Khilafah is ZERO, wallahi, zero.
