Lets do some #PiYo moves this morning to sculpt your upper body! (kindly ignore my crazy hair!) 1. Tricep dips- no chair needed! Lift your toes up and make it more difficult my alternating leg raises- 30 seconds 2. Tricep pushups- arms in close at your sides, hands angled out slightly. If you are feeling really bad ass, you dont have to do them on your knees!- 10-15 reps 3. This pose is called Beast- doesnt look like much but trust me- it burns! Get on all fours and lift your knees just a few inches off the ground- this move works EVERYTHING!!- 30 seconds Repeat for 3-5 rounds.
