Lets do this week a little differently. Lets up our game. Work extra hard at work. Leave work on time. Go to the gym/walk/run or do a fitness DVD-WHATEVER! Eat clean- try carbs just with one meal. More water and herbal tea. More greens, more veggies and less fruit. More salad, fish and lean protein. Lets take the time to have a really good, long chat with someone. Lets put our phones away for two hours each evening and talk without typing/facebook/online browsing... Finally lets decide to be happier than we normally are and kick anyone who isnt keeping us happy to the curb this week (not literally haha) Enjoy ♥
