Lets face it - December is a hard month to keep on track. Between holiday parties and extra yummy food, we can find ourselves all over the place. Im here to help! Each day in December, Ill post a new Move of the Day for you to try. Todays move - forward and side punches! Start slightly angled, knees bent, forward on those toes. Step forward with the right leg while also jabbing the right arm forward. A jab is a quick punch--your arm should never fully extend. Now step the right foot to your right side and jab with the right arm to the right side at the same time. Repeat. Try 30 seconds, 3-4 reps on both sides. In the video I show tempo and also a slower broken down version of the move. Choose the one that works for you!
