Lets face it people... Lets all face it together... Tha Great strength, and Great Leadership by Our newly, Democratically Elected Mayor; Brian Bowman, is evident of tha strength of Winnipeg as a whole... Its tha election of of not only a great Mayor, by a Mayor who also, not by chance, happens, 2 be Metis... A police chief who is not only Black, but also a police Chaplain...So, yeah Does Winnipeg have a huge problem with race? Absolutely... But if I had 2 face these obviously, important and corner stone type issues, I would not wanna face it any where else than right here in Winnipeg. Tha opportunities that we have been afforded, and also which we have afforded ourselves, as by way of Proof is tha exemplary Leadership that is now with out a doubt signaling 2 not only Winnipeg, but 2 also Canada, and tha world as a whole, that we can put those days behind us. If enough us can work hard together 2 finally win that battle of which tha first battle we all must face, is tha battle which first must waged over for our hearts and minds.... This is tha Province of Louis Riel, and tha North west Rebellion.... Change 4 tha better is in all our blood, and will always be apart of who we are, so as long as we are stead fast in defense of one another, and in defense of liberty, and in tha defense of not only tha rights and freedoms that many of us are so privileged 2 be blessed with, but just as importantly, and even more importantly, is 2 always ensure that those who are suffering or are in need, will never suffer or need alone... And all it takes is 4 there 2 be more of us who believe in helping one another versus those who dont believe in helping any one at all... Thats tha true measure of our democracy, and tha true measure of a strong economy... A strong Economy should never be based on how many are Rich, but much more importantly, on how few are poor, and in-turn on how well they are treated by those in a position 2 help them 2 continue climbing further up wards upon tha ladder of Prosperity... If we truly believe and act upon tha notion of leaving no one behind, than never again shall Evil ever Prevail...
