Lets face it the Union is all but dead, the more powers that are taken away from Westminster further weakens it. Next May we will have a very interesting position, yes UKIP have won two by-elections but only one was won by a proper UKIP member the other a Tory defector, so i just cant see them being able to form a coherent government especially as they are a one issue party. On the other hand we in the SNP will have a far larger force in Westminster, one that can and will effect change within these nations. The United Kingdom is about to undergo a transformation the likes of cataclysmic proportions, no longer will it be The United Kingdom but an island of separate nations. We in the SNP have the greatest chance we have ever had to break from the Union, and with Nicola Sturgeon at the helm we are in safe hands that coupled with the ever present presence of Alex Salmond means things can only get better. So lets all work to achieve this goal and look forward to an even brighter future.
