:) Lets focus and learn Church history: the year 1862 until 1890 when the U.S. Supreme Court upheld laws against plural marriage that disfranchised the Church and confiscated much of its property if the Church continue the practice. With missionary work and temple work hindered, Church President Wilford Woodruff issued an inspired Manifesto removing the mandate to continue contracting new plural marriages from the Latter-day Saints. ( to my surprised upon reading church sources-History)..STILL Church leaders continued to grant SECRET permission for new plural marriages unions to a few Church members EACH year UNTIL 1904 when Wilford Woodruff’s successor, Joseph F. Smith, issued a SECOND Manifesto, thereby withdrawing permission for ANY new PLURAL marriages. After REPEATED warnings, Church leaders began in 1909 taking action against the membership of those who continued to enter new plural union...( look at the year Gap and the 2nd manifesto )...1st manifesto is not enough? and we dont know more about this 2nd manisfesto if this is a revelation canonized in our D&C...:)
