Lets get one thing clear.... SCOTLAND is changing in September, and it doesnt matter if its a YES or a NO vote... Its changing because if we vote NO, we will be staying in UK which will then be pulling out of EU, and all the tax systems will change to accommodate the new arrangements. If we vote YES, it will change as well, with all sorts of new things to be put in place for a future as an independent nation, again possibly outside EU, but discussed and determined by the people in this country. So... its getting simpler... do you want to vote NO to keep those discussions and votes governed by Westminster and based on the whole UK (or London) opinions.... OR... do you want to make those decisions in Edinburgh, based on what Scots opinions hold.
