If you had a roommate that called you, as you were not home, to tell you there was a leak under your sink, and a pail that was full of water and they dumped the pail, BUT it had already overflowed and left a inch of standing water, so they just put the pail back and left the standing water, what would you do? Would you take the 2 minutes ( which is the time it took to do that action) to throw down some towels and get the standing water out of the wooden cabinet, OR >> just leave it, cause you might be late by 2 minutes to meet friends so you throw your hands up and say its not my fault it did that and leave. Mind you it is not THIER home, but they have lived there for 1 and 1/2 years. Discuss seriously.
