Lets go back to the 70s..., strobe lights and the black and white lights that made you look like you were doing the robot. Its either Friday or Saturday night, gas is cheap and friendship is from your childhood, elementary school. Youve been to a game and ready to party even if your team lost you may as well enjoy yourself. You enter from the basement side if you had an entry around back. You dance with others like you were on soul train. You stay out later than you should, most of us and we go to IHOP since youre starving...., yes young people IHOP was around then. Times were free, friends were fun and the bees nor our food was in danger. Nothing now is made as well, the cars, houses or people..., we are living in a different world literally. This song brings back so many memories, I know everyone knows every word. It throws me back to those days....., and yes its seems like just yesterday. Oh my where has the time gone. People live your lives now.
