Lets have some discussion on the flu shot. Im not a fan of shooting mercury and other toxins into my body. Im also not a fan of dying. This story makes it seem pretty bleak. I know some of this is scare tactic. I also know disease tends to hit those with a weakened immune system and with healthy diet and supplements you can totally fend off this stuff. I have never had the flu and I only got the shot twice, several years ago. But what about my kids? Theyre more susceptible.
