Lets hear it for Karen Wild - her results are in! To be honest this lady was looking pretty good when I meet her a month after having her gorgeous little lady. But like all of us she had some specific goals in mind - NOT losing any weight, reducing her waist size and increasing her bum (alongside the usual pelvic floor and functional movements common after child birth...) So 10 sessions in and with dedication to eating clean Karen has maintained her weight, reduced her belly button measurement by an impressive 7cm, reduced her waist by 3cm, reduced her thighs by 3cm and increased her bicep size by 1cm. Just imagine the muscle the super motivated Karen has built to lose fat and still maintain her weight! I just wish we had increased her bottom measurements but all in good time. Massive well done lady! :)
