Lets just call this what it really is shall we? Its extortion pure and simple. Of course Ivanno Gallo has no comment on this story... Im sure hed hate to comment on the lives of the those living there under his ownership that have been completely destroyed. A family business bullied out illegally.. Tenants forced to either move or live under conditions like living amongst the crackheads and crack dealers he conveniently moved in upon taking ownership. Oh sure he did some face work to the facade of the building... Most likely in the effort to keep the city off his back.... But allowed the interior to collapse into a total shit hole. The crowning glory? Well sure, lets threaten the neighbours with renting out the facility to a methadone clinic... So now its either buy my building in a panicked state so You dont lose the investment on your currently own building by having the street surrounded by junkies. Its extortion pure and simple by a parasitic asshole who doesnt give a shit about the value of people/community, just the value of a quick buck. I cant even come close to registering the disgust I feel right now..
