Lets put President JZs apartheid electricity allegations into context: the apartheid government had build infrastructure meant for a particular number of people (whites in majority). post 94 the ANC led government extended access to electricity beyond the already build infrastructure which was meant for a few population. We failed to expand & increase electricity reservoirs as we have decided to make electricity available to all South Africans. We need another electricity generating source - supply and demand must balance with reservoirs cuz using apartheid methods will cost us!! Hope you understand what he meant
