Lets put something straight. Signing online petitions and marching to Israeli embassies with flags of Palestine and shouting Free Free Palestine isnt the solution to this catastrophe. We need to get real people, seriously. Yes they are probably good to raise awareness where people are unaware of this conflict, but we need to do something which has true substance and a concrete end product. Boycotting. If anyone is planning a march or protest to show solidarity to the Gazans, bring out posters and banners which talk about the companies we should be boycotting in order to damage the Israelis economical system. We all know the names - McDonalds, Coca Cola, Starbucks, Loreal and hundreds of others. Some say if we do that then we might as well go live in cave for its impossible to live a life without purchasing products that fund the Zionist regime. I ask you to go live in Gaza for a week and Im sure our mindset will change. So yes, bring out banners which call to boycott these companies and lets do whatever we can to find alternatives for the products we consume that are supporting the apartheid Israel. #DontBePartOfTheOppression via Adeel Malik
