Lets start a financial thread. How could this be realistically possible? Of course, the first answer would be collecting money as a group effort to buy a piece of land. So i imagine some pre-planning and saving involved. How much land do we think wed comfortably need? And what about building the commune? -I propose a long-house style first structure, where wed all stay while we all help with constructing the rest of the homes. I think trip(s) to The Farm to gather information and inspiration are a must. Theyve thrived for almost 50 years. We can learn so much from them! :)
