Lets start off the morning with this: An open letter to a wonderful mother: Mom, I just finished watching The Guilt Trip with Barbara Streisand and Seth Rogan and it made me think of you. All the trips we went on as kids with you and all the things, the sacrifices you gave and made to make our childhood the best and I just wanted to let you know that I love you. I dont tell you enough and I probably havent shown you enough. I am so thankful and blessed that you care enough to give me the long lectures, the tearful and emotional pep talks, and most importantly ...the unconditional love of a mother who only wants the best for her son. You always had and still have my best interest at heart and while I may not always see it or understand it, I appreciate you more than you could possibly even know. I havent always been the best, the most thoughtful, or the most respectful son at times and looking back now, if I could do it again...Id try my hardest to be better. My goal is to one day know that you are sleeping soundly without worrying about my health and the oh so many things that life has put on my plate. Im working on it. I just really wanted you to know that I love you and to tell you thank you for being the greatest mom...EVER. ~G
