Lets take a moment to remember the great Tex Avery (February 26, 1908 – August 26, 1980), one of the true masters of the Golden Age of Hollywood Animation. He and the Termite Terrance crew defined the look of the Warner Brothers cartoons and from their artistic madness sprung Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig and other cartoon icons. At MGM, he breathed life into Droopy, Red Hot Riding Hood and Screwy Squirrel. His genius and humor have inspired generations of animators and artists. I know he made my childhood a lot more fun and wacky than it wouldve been without his works. Thanks for all the great cartoons, sir!
