Lets talk. The government of Dominica has given $500,000.00 to the Roseau Roman Catholic Cathedral. What do you think? Is this a wise and prudent move? What about the timing? Is this a priority in for the people? I am not sure that this is the norm with governing agencies, but it has been done so lets put this activity into perspective.
