Lets talk about Abs. I love this: Abs are made in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen. So true!! You can do 500 crunches a day and youll definitely strengthen your muscle, but you will only *see* them if your nutrition is in check. My abs are far from perfect, but Im working and making progress.
