Lets talk about the real Core! I’m not talking about how to get 6 pack abs, I’m talking about the core that supports everything and determines how well you function and how healthy you are. The core that your arms and legs attach to so you can lift things and transport yourself from one place to another. The core that holds up the most vital part of the body, the head. The core which holds the ribs in place to protect the heart, lungs and liver. The core I’m talking about is the Spine. Those 24 bones that bend and twist and move with such precision it’s beyond comprehension. Imagine, hundreds of muscles and bones have to move in perfect timing and coordination just to tie your shoe. Not only does the entire structure of the body attach to the spine, but the spine also houses and protects the most delicate and important organ of the body, the spinal cord and nerves. Everyone wants to talk about how important the brain is but where would the brain be without the spinal cord and nerves. Just a head with all that intelligence and can’t do a thing with it. What’s the brain worth without the ability to communicate with the body? Like me at home, given out orders telling everyone what to do and nobody’s listening. I agree, support and promote eating healthy and exercising regularly but man you got to maintain a strong healthy spine to be truly healthy. Regular chiropractic adjustments align the bones of the spine and improve the movement of the joints. Once you achieve and maintain an aligned spine that moves normally all physical activities become easier and better and the highest quality and quantity of energy can flow from the brain to every cell of the body so you can express optimum health.
