Lets try a little logic, OK? * You believe the Earth & everything was created about 6,000 years ago, and there was a great Flood with Noah and pairs of creatures on the ark. * that means you dont believe in the Big Bang. * that implies science and Einstein got it all wrong. * OK, then - - atom bombs cannot work and they must have faked them? Because Einstein is wrong. * Therefore physics is wrong and there are no atoms, electrons, etc, or it would be in the Bible. So... your cell phone is just somebodys hallucination? Your car cannot work. Why dont you use a horse and buggy? * Back to the ark - did all the animals that live in the Antarctic and America get save on it? Those places were unknown in Genesis times - maybe didnt exist? * The ark must have been teeming with insects, there are 100s of thousands of species. Were some parts of the ark cold for penguins and polar bears? Or did they just swim for 40 days? * add up the weight of all those animals - why didnt the ark sink? CONCLUSION - - the Old Testament stories are just stories to explain to ancient people in terms THEY understood. You cannot throw out science.
