Letter to President / Vladimir Putin Invitation for Russian and German to cooperation for investment at Egypt with assistant European bank. Because I am an Egyptian engineer and I wish to continue Russian cooperation with Egypt and considered that Russia is the first partner to Egypt and Syria in the war of 6 October . The Russian cooperation with Egypt in industry had periods of bright in the history of Egyptian Industries in electricity were the results the High Dam building and instillation iron and steel industry, chemical industry and other fields. - Given that the cooperation between Russian and Egypt has decreased in late forty years after Camp Devid agreement between Egypt and Israel at the end of the rule of Sadat which allowed to America to be alternative to Russia . - After forty years of the Camp David we arrival of the Egyptian economy to the edge of the abyss . - Because the direct interventions of U.S. in world affairs Egyptian specially . - Also US help terrorist groups in Egypt and Syria to turn these countries into failed states or create a so-called countries of creative chaos . - And because I know the importance of Egypt and Syria strategy for Russia and Germany . I invite Russian and Germany to cooperation for refresh Egyptian economy with assistant European bank.. - For above reasons I invite Russian government and Germany to cooperation to return to Egypt to refresh the society economy to investigation society justices for Egyptian peoples to return stability for middle east . -So I have prepared a study and plan for cooperation between Egyptian and Russian + Germany with assistant European bank . These plan depended on Russia provides and instillation development projects to be implemented in Egypt with funded by the European Bank for that these projects pay the construction cost by products of these projects through 15 to 20 years to provide job opportunities for Egyptians peoples and refresh Egyptian economy . - To achieved the development of society and the environment rely on modern inventions and technologies has in the last five years. - The idea in shortly depends on the production of electricity from wastewater through the following processes: - 1 - Treatment of sewage by Russian technologies to produce sterilize water for fecal waste - and using the products water of this process in agriculture - while the sewage sludge to used as organic fertilizer these step by German technology or Siemens company. 2 - drying process wastewater sludge inside the dryer Furnace and during the drying process the fact that the resulting organic fertilizer and gases vapors containing a group of chemical elements such as hydrogen and compounds such as ethanol and methanol which are used as fuel for cars and buses through Germany technology by Siemens company . 3 - the process of separating hydrogen carried out through filters for exhaust gases as well as the operations of the preparation of ethanol and methanol made through a chemical processes - is created and storage units and liquefaction of these gases and units mobilization and filling hydrogen in the cylinder capacity = 20 Kg . 4 - Fuel Supply Stations for truck , buses and vehicles and preparation for use for different purposes. And generate electricity from fuel cells, which use hydrogen or methane as fuel to generate electrical current reaches the capacity of the fuel cell to 2000 KW/h or more. And are used each output terminal to generate electricity as the state does not use hydrogen fuel or ethanol no used to vehicles operation . 5- fuel cell generators and alternator unites to generate alternate electric currant 380volt. this type of fuel cells in transportation such as bus passenger - have reached research to the production of cylinders of hydrogen from natural gas or derivatives of oil prices a good example bus father worked hydrogen consumes cylinder hydrogen capacity of 20 kg with price of $ 20 each 250 km . Now we offer a Project to use renewable resource to alternative petrol fuel energy and these resource reduce of cost of production as flowing ; - Bio-fuels - depends on fuel production sources of plants , trees or bacteria and algae to extract hydrogen, methane and ethanol and methanol and other produces . - These gases result of fermentation residues of agricultural crops and tree branches and conduct a series of chemical processes them be outcome to obtain previous products. - That disposal of the remains of the plant in this way is useful for cleanliness of the environment as it was investigating alternative sources of good energy for it. - Have you added new technologies are now used in Russia, and Germany to these sources and is the sewage treatment for disinfection of wastewater for use in agriculture - and detach sediment fecal or mud - then these sediments technology produced by Siemens for organic fertilizer grainy high quality by being heated in the oven. The exhaust of dryer furnace separated by filters for gases rising from the ovens operate these filters to separate the components of exhaust gases and then make a set of chemicals component like that - hydrogen , sulfide acid , ammonia, nickel as we get the ethanol , methanol , methane and others.
